Establishing Trust

The PlatformVeritas system supports users in producing trust-scored, trustworthy, immutable data. Users will collaborate using interactive graphics and proprietary tools to examine and align data.

Digitally Secure

The system enables authenticated users to post digitally signed, trust-scored data and establish cryptographically verifiable relationships between user-claimed facts, theories, opinions, challenges, comments-with-evidence, and each with required supporting evidence.

The platform is designed from inception to resist infiltration by nefarious actors through a trust-scoring mechanism that causes low-quality or malicious contributions to become invisible to the user base while optionally retroactively penalizing users who relied upon (and thus validated) such contributions for their supporting evidence.

New Knowledge

By using the resulting evaluated and aligned data, users will be able to shine the light of truth to connect the dots to wherever the trustworthy data leads. Goals of the platform include the creation of new knowledge, as well as supporting an informed society.

Since trustworthy data and knowledge are the focus, the platform has been designed so that non-truth seeking, carping, or fault-finding content will simply become invisible.

Unlike social media platforms where personal attacks and uncivil comments are common, PlatformVeritas is built for civil discourse in pursuit of truth — not engagement metrics. Anti-social, uncivil activity will simply not persist.

The platform will establish a culture where civil discourse acts in search of truth, new knowledge, and an overall improvement of societal conditions.
